Refund Policy

All Bids Are Final

Every payment on ioutbid.lol is a one-time, non-refundable purchase. The product — display of your website's icon on the home screen — is delivered in full the moment your payment is confirmed and your icon appears. Because the service is consumed instantly upon delivery, there is nothing left to return.

Being Outbid Is Not a Refund Reason

Positions are ranked by total paid and change whenever anyone bids. You may be moved down, off the first screen, or out of the dock at any time by other bidders. This is the core mechanic of the Service, stated before every purchase, and does not entitle you to a refund. To regain a position, place an additional bid — amounts on the same domain stack.

Removals for Content Violations

Placements removed for violating the content rules in our Terms of Service (illegal, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content) are not refunded.

Exceptions We Do Refund

We will promptly refund payments that are:

1. Duplicate charges — the same bid charged more than once due to a technical error.
2. Failed delivery — you paid and your icon never appeared, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
3. Unauthorized use — a charge your card issuer confirms was made without your authorization.

Before You Dispute a Charge

Contact [email protected] first. Chargebacks filed without contacting us take weeks to resolve through the card networks; we answer within one business day and refund genuine errors without argument.
